Granola Bar Making Machine Production Line is the granola bar equipment used for making granola bars, which are made from ingredients like granola, nuts, fruits and so on. 

The process flow of the granola bar production line

Granola bar mixing: Put the raw materials, granola, nuts, oats and so on into the granola bar mixing equipment and mix them through the mixer to ensure that all components are evenly mixed.

Granola bar spreading part: The mixed granola bars first enter the spreading hopper for spreading, and then are flattened by the flattening roller.

Granola bar cooling part: The flattened granola bars enter the cooling tunnel and rapidly cool and solidify in a low-temperature environment, facilitating subsequent cutting.

Granola bar cutting machine: After cooling the granola bars pass through the cutting section and are cut into granola bars of the specified size according to the set product width and length.

Granola bar chocolate coating machine: The granola bars pass through the mesh belt with coating materials such as melted chocolate. The low temperature on the surface of the granola bars causes the chocolate to solidify rapidly, forming a chocolate coating.

Granola bar ranking part of packing machine: The formed granola bars are arranged on the conveyor belt through devices such as baffles.

Granola bar packaging machine: After the granola bars are sorted, they enter the packaging film and are sealed and cut by packaging equipment to form finished products.
